How FFGR London handles personal data of clients, prospects, and visitors.
Data we collect
Identity (first name, last name, country), contact (email, phone), and trip details (date, route, vehicle preference). We do not collect payment data — invoices are issued separately.
Use
Solely to operate your reservation, to confirm details by WhatsApp or email, and to keep a service history for repeat clients. We do not market third-party services.
Retention
Active reservations: 24 months after last service. Statutory accounting records: 10 years per UK regulations.
Rights
Under UK GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, or portability of your data. Email reservation@ffgrlondon.com.
